Open Positions & Responsibilities


General Manager (GM)

  • Lead overall business operations and strategic planning
  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
  • Manage team performance and ensure revenue growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality execution

AGM – Sales & Marketing

  • Assist GM in planning and executing sales strategies
  • Supervise sales team and track performance
  • Develop new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Manage daily sales operations and team activities
  • Set sales targets and ensure achievement
  • Conduct client meetings and close deals
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions

Sales & Marketing Executive

  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
  • Promote company projects to customers
  • Conduct site visits and client presentations
  • Maintain customer relationships and database

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in Real Estate / Construction sector (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
  • Leadership ability (for senior positions like GM, AGM, Manager)
